A Holdrege man facing charges in sexual assault cases across three counties has taken a plea deal.
According to Phelps County District Court records, 21-year-old Dreyden Roemmich pled no contest earlier this month to three total counts of 1st-Degree Sexual Assault in Phelps, Nuckolls, and Kearney Counties.
In exchange, six other charges were dropped, including one count of 1st-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in Nuckolls County, two child porn counts out of Phelps County, and one child abuse count in Kearney County.
The court accepted the plea and found Roemmich guilty of the charges.
He faces up to 150 years behind bars at his sentencing, which is scheduled for July 17th at 1:00 p.m.
He will also have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Details in the cases have been sealed, but court records do state the crimes occurred between May and September 2024, February 2025, and May 2025.
Each case involved a different victim under the age of 16 at the time the crimes occurred, according to court documents.
