Omaha-The Kearney girls soccer team continued its season to remember as the Bearcats improved to 17-2 on the year with a 5-0 win over Millard South in the NSAA Class A state quarterfinals on Monday. Kearney scored four minutes into the match.
The Bearcats led 2-0 at the half and tacked on three goals in the second half. Reese Holscher, Mollie Kalsbeck, Hallie Garner, Peyton Sanford and Addie Snyder all scored for the Bearcats who move on to the state semis on Friday afternoon at 2pm at Morrison Stadium.
