HAMILTON COUNTY, Neb. — A 61-year-old Hordville man is dead following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Hamilton County. According to Jeromy McCoy with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called at about 10:42 a.m. on May 17 to the intersection of County Road T and Highway 66, where a vehicle had left the roadway and rolled.
Authorities say Reginald Spence, a passenger in the vehicle, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The vehicle was being driven by a 15-year-old at the time. Emergency crews from multiple agencies responded, and both individuals were taken to Merrick Medical Center in Central City, where Spence was pronounced dead. Jeromy McCoy says the investigation remains ongoing as officials continue to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
