Cozad, Neb. — Interstate-80 westbound near Cozad reopened Saturday after a single-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck caused a brief closure.

The Nebraska 511 traffic monitoring system reported that a semi-truck struck a guardrail in a head-to-head construction zone blocking the westbound lanes near mile marker 222/223
It was reported at 3:07 p.m. CDT that the road was blocked. Crews moved the vehicles to the right shoulder by 3:13 p.m. CDT.
No other vehicles were involved.
All lanes were open and the scene was clear by 3:58 p.m., according to Nebraska 511.
There were no injuries reported. The Nebraska State Patrol and other agencies responded.
