BUFFALO COUNTY, Neb. — A third person has been charged in connection with alleged sexual abuse at the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center in Kearney.
Jessica Camacho, 47, is facing six charges in Buffalo County Court, including sexual abuse of a protected individual, possession or receipt of child sexual abuse material, and child abuse.
The arrest affidavit in the case has been sealed, limiting the public details available. However, the criminal complaint states the alleged incidents occurred between October 2023 and March 2025 and involved two minor victims.
Camacho’s case is separate from the cases involving Katrina Fewkes and Tarah Ross, who have also been charged in connection with alleged abuse at the Kearney YRTC.
Court records show the victim connected to the Fewkes and Ross cases is not the same as the two victims listed in Camacho’s case.
