A Kearney man convicted of sexual assault appeared in court for sentencing on Thursday.
Buffalo County District Court records show 25-year-old Kenni Munos was sentenced to six to 10 years in prison for 1st-Degree Sexual Assault.
He was given 352 days credit for time already served.
He pled no contest to the charge and in exchange, another count of the same charge was dropped.
An arrest affidavit detailing the case has been sealed, but court records say the alleged assaults happened between May 1st and June 10th last year involving a victim under 16-years-old.
