A Lexington woman has been sentenced in Buffalo County District Court to two years in prison for sexual assault charges from her time working at the Kearney Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center (YRTC).
Martha Ruiz Palacios, 29 was sentenced to two years in prison earlier this week for Third Degree Sexual Assault and Contributing to Delinquency. She was given 21 days credit for time served. She will also have to register as a sex offender.
