Bill Brecks has been appointed to serve as Deputy City Manager for the City of Lexington, effective today.
City Manager Joe Pepplitsch says Brecks has 25 years of municipal government experience, serving the City of Lexington in several capacities including Development Services Director and City Clerk. Pepplitsch continued that Brecks’ “experience, commitment, education, training, and interagency cooperation will serve the community well into the future”
