Chicago-With the college football season just weeks away, the Big Ten football Preseason Poll has been officially released by Cleveland.com. The conference does not release an official Preseason Poll, so the ratings from Cleveland.com serve as the preseason outlook for the league.
It has been quite a run for the league, the Big Ten this season will be in search of its 4th consecutive National Championship. As usual Ohio State, which shared last year’s Big Ten Regular Season Championship with Indiana, leads the preseason rankings.
Oregon is picked to finish 2nd, while defending National Champion Indiana is third. Nebraska is picked to finish just 11th in the poll. The Huskers will kickoff the season at home on Sept 5th against Ohio. Iowa who is coming off another strong season is selected 8th. The annual Big Ten football media days are slated for this week in Chicago.
