Kearney- Kearney right handed pitcher and shortstop Will Kaskie made a big announcement on Thursday. He announced on social media his commitment to state instate and play for the Husker baseball program. Kaskie is the first 2028 commitment for the Huskers. This past spring, he hit .337 with 18 RBI. On the mound he also had success, with a 2.33 ERA with 41 strikeouts and five walks this past spring for the Bearcats as he was named All HAC as a sophomore.
