A 35-year-old Lexington man was arrested over the weekend in connection with a sexual assault investigation. Guelmi R Vizcaino-Martinez was taken into custody on a Dawson County Arrest Warrant for 1st Degree Sexual Assault for an incident that occurred on July 29, 2026. A conviction of the charge would be considered a Class II felony punishable by up to fifty years imprisonment
More information on the case was not available as those court records were ordered to be sealed. Dawson County Judge Jeffrey Wightman has ordered he be held on no bond until his court appearance.
