In what could be the largest individual contribution to a Nebraska Legislative campaign in history, Tax Relief Nebraska poured in a $750,000 contribution to the Tim Anderson for Legislature campaign on Tuesday October 27, 2026. Tax Relief Nebraska is registered with the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission as a ballot question committee and is advocating for passage of Initiatives 440 and 441 in this Tueday’s election.
The measures would legalize online sports wagering. Tax Relief Nebraska includes two online gaming companies. They’ve promoted the measures as property tax relief.
Tim Anderson of Sutton and Janell Anderson Ehrke of Orleans are running for District #38 in the Nebraska Legislature. Sen. Dave Murman of Glenvil will be term-limited from the Legislature in January.
