Cozad, Neb. — The Cozad Hospital Foundation will gather this weekend for its Annual Fall Ball for fun and philanthropy.
The event will be held Saturday, November 7 at the Cozad Elk’s Lodge Ball Room with social hour beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Cozad Hospital Foundation Director of Marketing and Communications Karlie Osborne says this year’s fundraising efforts are focused on expanding women’s health sevices at Cozad Community Health System…
Hospital officials say community support through events like the Fall Ball allows the organization to invest in equipment, facilities and services that enhance patient care close to home.
As part of the evening’s activities, the Fall Ball will be honoring three Healthcare Hall of Fame Inductees.

Osborne says the Hall of Fame has honored individuals who have made significant contributions to healthcare in the area since 2004…
Osborne says this year’s class is unique because two of the honorees are still actively serving patients…
Even people unable to attend Saturday’s Cozad Hospital Foundation Fall Ball can still support the organization’s mission.
Osborne says the Foundation’s online silent auction is now open and allows bidders to participate from anywhere through links available on the hospital’s website and social media pages.
Auction bidding remains open through the evening, with bidding scheduled to close at 9:45 p.m. Saturday.
The Fall Ball will also feature keynote speaker Colleen Williams, live music and other interactive activities for attendees.
