BROKEN BOW — The Custer County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, April 14, at 9 a.m. in the supervisors room on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.
The agenda is on file in the office of the Custer County Clerk and remains available for public inspection.
Following the call to order and Pledge of Allegiance, supervisors will address routine business including approval of minutes, mail and committee reports, March fee reports and mid-month claims.
Additional items on the agenda include the county attorney’s quarterly report, consideration of a contract with Central Plains Valuation for data collection and commercial appraisal services, and Board of Equalization tax list corrections involving over, under and omitted valuations.
Supervisors will also consider a resolution to change the speed limit on Road 433 between Highways 92 and 2, applications to cross county right-of-way, and a resolution authorizing the issuance of Highway Allocation Fund Pledge Bonds not to exceed $3.1 million for paving projects within the county.
Other agenda items include awarding asphalt and gravel bids, discussion on the purchase of the Ansley communication tower, and an update related to America 250.
A public comment period is scheduled near the end of the meeting.
The board may enter closed session if necessary and reserves the right to take agenda items out of order.
