GRAND ISLAND — Three individuals were taken into custody late Monday morning after Grand Island police served a search warrant at a residence on East Ninth Street.
According to authorities, officers executed the warrant at approximately 11:04 a.m. on April 20, leading to the arrests of two men and one woman.
Luz Stephanie Frances was arrested on charges of felony intentional child abuse without injury and felony possession of a controlled substance.
Jose Guzman faces felony charges of tampering with physical evidence and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school.
Juan Guzman was also arrested and charged with felony tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of drug proceeds.
The investigation remains ongoing.
