A North Platte man convicted of child porn charges has been sentenced.
Lincoln County District Court records say 30-year-old Caleb Smith was sentenced Monday to a total of 30-50 years in prison on four counts of Manufacturing Child Pornography and two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
He pled no contest to those charges in January and in exchange, 10 other child porn-related counts were dismissed.
Details about the case are not public, but court records say the child porn charges occurred on or around February 28th, 2025.
