Omaha-For a second straight year Lexington will face Bennington in the NSAA Boys State Soccer tournament. Last year the Minutemen fell to the Badgers in the state semifinals. Lexington is 13-5 this season and the 6th seed. Head coach Joel Lemus breaks down the spring the Minutemen have put together.
Lexington’s defense has shutout 10 opponents this year but Bennington features forward Kade Olbrich who has 26 goals this season 15 games. Thursday night’s match is set to start at 7:30pm from Morrison Stadium in Omaha and it can be heard on KAMI Country and on krvn.com
