Logan Mize Bringing “Glenn’s Last Ride” Tour to Arcadia May 23
Country artist Logan Mize is bringing his acoustic tour to Arcadia later this month for a performance at Bud Owens Field.
Mize will headline “Glenn’s Last Ride Acoustic Tour 2026” on Saturday, May 23 at the Arcadia baseball field venue. The show will also feature Dylan Bloom, along with a late-night beer garden set from Tim Zach. Gates open at 5 p.m. The concert is presented by Case’s Place Bar & Grill and Arcadia Sons of the American Legion Post 251.
The tour itself has drawn attention because Mize has been traveling the country in a 1989 Chevy station wagon nicknamed “Glenn.” According to Mize, the car had been sitting in a pasture for nearly three years before being brought back to life for the tour.
“We were pretty much gone the whole month of April in that thing,” Mize said during a recent interview with KBEAR. “It’s had some challenges.”
Mize shared stories about mechanical breakdowns, overheating issues, and even concerns about the station wagon’s rear differential giving out before the Nebraska stop.
The Kansas native’s independent approach goes beyond the vehicle he is touring in. After spending 13 years in Nashville, Mize moved back home to rural Kansas and has continued building his career around small-town audiences and independent touring. Over the course of his career, Mize has accumulated more than 350 million streams and earned two RIAA Gold-certified singles.
Mize also discussed his upcoming independent music project, including a new single titled “Great Big Hearts,” scheduled for release just before the Arcadia concert. Much of the album was recorded inside an old schoolhouse in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas after Mize decided to step away from the traditional Nashville music system and launch his own label.
