KEARNEY, NE- A Colorado man has received his sentence in Buffalo County Court following a fatal traffic crash that occurred on Interstate 80 in 2024.
According to court records, 28-year-old Mace A. Quint was charged with motor vehicle homicide in connection with a collision that resulted in the death of Viacheslav Nadolinski. The crash occurred on April 21, 2024, near mile marker 256 on Interstate 80 in Buffalo County.
Court documents state Quint entered a no-contest plea to the charge. The court subsequently found him guilty and imposed a sentence that includes 60 days in the Buffalo County Jail, a $1,000 fine, and 24 months of probation.
In addition, Quint’s driver’s license was revoked for one year. Records indicate the court approved work release during his jail sentence and ordered that he not operate a motor vehicle.
