A Cozad man has been arrested on a warrant for child sexual assault.
Dawson County Court records show 53-year-old Kenneth Bissell is charged with 1st-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, a Class 1B felony punishable by up to life in prison if convicted.
Court records detailing the nature of the crime have been sealed by the court.
Bissell was arraigned on the charge Thursday, where his bond was set at 10% of $250,000.
He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 16th at 11:00 a.m.
