BROKEN BOW — Several criminal cases are scheduled to be heard Monday in Custer County Court.
According to the court calendar, Jamie Grint is listed for a 9 a.m. appearance involving a first-offense DUI. Also at 9 a.m., Cory L. Thomas is scheduled for an entry of plea hearing.
The afternoon docket includes several pretrial hearings. Philip S. Duncan is scheduled for a 2 p.m. pretrial hearing in a case listed as DUI — second offense. Noah E. Kister and Eldon J. Schnase are also scheduled for 2 p.m. pretrial hearings, while James L. Barta is set for a 2:30 p.m. pretrial hearing.
The court schedule also includes civil matters, small claims cases, juvenile hearings, an estate show-cause hearing, and debtor examination hearings.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
