North Platte Police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a child.
According to Lincoln County Court records, 34-year-old Bradley Trisdale is charged with 1st-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and two counts of 3rd-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
North Platte Police say the investigation began on Tuesday afternoon, when a woman reported that her boyfriend, Trisdale, sexually assaulted a young girl under 10 years old.
Authorities say Trisdale later voluntarily turned himself in to police, and court documents show he admitted to at least three instances of sexual assault between April 1st and June 23rd of this year.
Court records say Trisdale made his first appearance in court on Wednesday, where the judge ordered him to be held without bond.
His next court hearing is scheduled for July 9th at 1:30 p.m.
