BUFFALO COUNTY, Neb. — The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on multiple active arrest warrants.
Authorities are searching for 45-year-old Lucas S. Schaneman. According to the sheriff’s office, Schaneman is wanted on two counts of third-degree sexual assault and one count of first-degree false imprisonment.
The sheriff’s office says Schaneman has ties to Kearney and Ravenna and may currently be in the Omaha area. He is also believed to be associated with a black 2010 Chevrolet Silverado pickup.
Schaneman is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds. Authorities list him as having brown hair and brown eyes.
