A Lexington man is being held without bond after he was arrested for child sexual assault.
Dawson County Court records show 46-year-old Hairo Bran-Medina is charged with two counts of 1st-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and one count of 1st-Degree Sexual Assault of a Minor.
The two child sexual assault charges are Class 1B felonies, punishable by up to life in prison.
An affidavit detailing the case and a complaint outlining the charges have been sealed by the court.
Bran-Medina was arraigned on the charges Thursday, where a judge ordered him to be held without bond.
His next hearing is scheduled for July 9th at 11:00 a.m.
