The 60th Annual Seven Valleys Rodeo is this Friday, June 26th at 7pm and Sunday, June 28th at 5pm as part of the annual Callaway Pioneer Picnic.
Brytin Woodward is a Seven Valleys Rodeo Association board member. He talks to Ellen Simmons about a new event they will have during this year’s rodeo… a wild horse race.
Both nights of the rodeo will feature steer wrestling, breakaway roping, salad broncs, tie-down roping, team roping, mixed team roping, barrel races, bull riding, and ranch bronc.
Other entertainment will include the rodeo clown, as well as mutton busting for kids at the beginning of both nights.
Woodward explains the meaning behind the name “Seven Valleys”.
