A Kearney man has been arrested after being accused of possessing sexual abuse material involving children.
Buffalo County Court records show 60-year-old Shaun Clark is charged with 10 counts of Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Each count is a Class 2A felony, punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
An affidavit detailing the case has been sealed, but court records do say Clark is accused of possessing at least 10 files of sexual abuse material involving victims ranging in ages from two to 13 years old.
Court documents say Clark was arraigned on the charges Monday, where his bond was set at $75,000.
His next court hearing is set for July 27th at 3:30 p.m.
