LINCOLN, NE – Governor Jim Pillen, in accordance with an order from President Donald Trump, announced that all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff immediately to honor U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. Graham died yesterday at the age of 71.
Flags are to be flown at half-staff until 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 18.
