After a four day trial, a Buffalo County jury has found a Kearney man not guilty of sexual assault.
Buffalo County District Court records say 26-year-old Raider Arabie was charged with 1st-Degree Sexual Assault.
While court records detailing the case were sealed, a complaint alleged that Arabie had sexually assaulted someone on or around January 10, 2025.
Court records say his trial in the case began on Monday, July 20th, and lasted around four days.
It was then sent to the jury for deliberations Thursday morning, and after two hours they found Arabie not guilty of the crime.
The case was then dismissed by the court.
