Kearney-The AVCA Division Two preseason volleyball poll was released today and UNK will start the season ranked in the top ten. After going 30-4 last season and advancing to the second round of the NCAA tournament the Lopers are ranked 7th in the country.
Right behind UNK is conference rival Washburn who is 8th. Instate rival Wayne State comes in at number nine perennial power Concordia-St. Paul is top team in the country. UNK will host its Blue-Gold scrimmage this Saturday night at 6pm. They begin the season on August 27th in Dallas against Colorado-Mesa.
